The TL;DR Role: Full Time Type: Full-time Location: Remote - United States Pay: $62400 yearly Team: Internal role, no external client communication. Mission: This person ensures accurate and timely financial record-keeping for assigned small business clients. Tech Stack: QuickBooks Online (QBO) What You'll Actually Do Categorize transactions: Categorize financial transactions on a monthly or quarterly basis for assigned clients. Reconcile accounts: Reconcile financial accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis for assigned clients. Manage non-reconciliation tasks: Handle tasks outside of QBO such as generating invoices, recording vendor bills, and processing payroll for select clients. Perform cleanups: Conduct cleanups for new clients to ensure accurate initial setup. The Must-Haves Background: This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of full charge bookkeeping principles. Experience: 2+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience is required. Skills: Adaptability to changing priorities, ability to work independently, fast execution, service-oriented mindset, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
