Job Overview
X Digital is looking for a motivated and organized Data Entry & Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support. This role involves maintaining accurate information, assisting with routine online tasks, and helping the team stay organized.
Key Duties
- Enter and update information accurately in spreadsheets and online systems
- Maintain digital records and organize documents
- Assist with emails and routine administrative communication
- Schedule meetings and coordinate basic appointments
- Support online research and information gathering
- Prepare simple reports and documents
- Join and coordinate virtual meetings through Zoom
- Assist team members with day-to-day virtual tasks
- Complete other administrative assignments as needed
Qualifications
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Good typing and data entry abilities
- Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Zoom and common online tools
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- No specialized experience required
Compensation
Monthly Salary: $4,500–$5,000/month
