Role Description This part-time, on-site Group Fitness Instructor role is based in Jersey City, NJ. The instructor will lead dynamic group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, ensuring member safety, and delivering high-energy workouts aligned with ISI® Elite Training’s programming. Day-to-day tasks include coaching members through warm-ups, strength and conditioning circuits, and cool-downs, while offering modifications to accommodate different fitness levels. The role involves building rapport with members, providing encouragement and feedback, maintaining a clean and organized training space, and supporting member retention through excellent in-session engagement. Instructors will also collaborate with the coaching team, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a motivating and inclusive studio culture.
